| PLDT Home and Smart Subscribers Can Now Enjoy ABS-CBN iWant TV |
Recently, the PLDT Home and Smart Communications, the leading digital service providers in the Philippines, inked a historic partnership with ABS-CBN, the country's top multimedia giant, which allows their subscribers to enjoy the latter's TV shows and more through iWant TV.
The groundbreaking event was graced by executives of both parties, namely Manuel V. Pangilinan, PLDT and Smart Chairman, Ariel P. The deal gives the telco customers, both prepaid and postpaid subscribers, a new breadth of digital contents, which most people never expect to happen, mainly because iWant TV has been an exclusive offering of ABS-CBN to their mobile subscribers.
With the new partnership, PLDT and Smart consumers can now watch and stream ABS-CBN shows like “On the Wings of Love”, “Dolce Amore”, “Ang Probinsyano” and “’Til I Met You”, blockbuster films as well as News and Current Affairs shows via http://www.iwantv.com.ph or by download the iWant TV app on their iOS or Android devices.
